TH TRUE MILK OFFICE – A Workspace Inspired by the Nature of Vietnam

Established in 2009, TH Group has become one of Vietnam’s pioneering enterprises in high-tech agriculture and clean food production. Guided by a philosophy of sustainable development closely connected with nature, the company operates a closed-loop model known as “from grass to glass,” delivering high-quality nutritional products that support community health.

The new office of TH true MILK in Ho Chi Minh City was designed and built by DBPlus, creating a modern workspace inspired by the concept “The River Flow of Vietnam – Endless Source of Life.” The design envisions the office as a continuous spatial flow, symbolizing the nurturing and enduring vitality of Vietnam’s natural environment while encouraging collaboration and creativity.

The workspace is developed around three core pillars: Nurturing, Natural, and Authentic. An open layout with 100 fixed workstations and 30 flexible seats supports interaction and teamwork. Natural elements such as greenery, daylight, and sustainable materials enhance wellbeing and reflect TH’s Green & Clean philosophy. Meanwhile, local materials like bamboo, rattan, and handcrafted bricks are reinterpreted through a contemporary design language, celebrating Vietnamese identity in a refined and modern way.

Through this project, DBPlus continues to demonstrate its expertise in delivering creative and high-quality workplace environments, reaffirming its role as a trusted design and build partner for leading brands in Vietnam.
