Established in 1989, Eximbank is one of Vietnam’s pioneering joint-stock commercial banks, operating an extensive domestic network and robust international financial partnerships. The launch of its new head office in Hanoi in March 2026 marks a pivotal milestone in the bank’s long-term strategy to enhance its operational capabilities and governance in a new era of development. Located in a Grade A office building in the capital’s central business district, the premium financial workspace was designed and built by DBPlus, occupying the 5th and 6th floors with an emphasis on high-quality finishing and seamless workflow integration.

The workspace is developed around the concept of a “Diagram,” envisioned as a flexible, highly connected ecosystem that reflects Eximbank’s spirit of innovation. To optimize day-to-day operations for a large-scale workforce, DBPlus structured the layout layout by zoning functional areas including risk management, credit appraisal, IT, marketing, and executive suites according to their specific operational dynamics. This strategic spatial organization enhances internal collaboration while maintaining the agility needed for evolving banking operations.

The entire office functions as an interconnected hub, seamlessly blending open offices, phone booths, meeting rooms, lounges, collaboration areas, and pantries to promote team interaction and productivity. Through this project, DBPlus continues to demonstrate its expertise in delivering high-performance, large-scale workplace environments, reaffirming its role as a trusted design and build partner for leading financial and corporate brands in Vietnam.
