The Fullton Edition is the first precinct to be launched within The Fullton – a luxury low-rise residential development located in Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Hung Yen. Positioned as a new symbol of upscale living in the eastern gateway of Hanoi, the project aims to establish a refined living standard for an elite community, guided by sustainable development principles and a lifestyle harmoniously connected with nature.

For this project, DBPlus is responsible for the interior construction of the Show Village, including one Clubhouse and two representative villa typologies: Pool Villa and Garden Villa.
The Clubhouse serves as a premium communal amenity space, requiring a refined, cohesive, and durable finishing standard that clearly reflects the upscale lifestyle envisioned by The Fullton.
The Pool Villa represents a private resort-style living experience, requiring precise technical solutions for areas adjacent to the swimming pool, as well as careful material selection to ensure durability under specific environmental conditions.
The Garden Villa celebrates the connection with nature, requiring optimized construction solutions to maintain openness, material durability, and harmony between indoor and outdoor spaces.
With a total project scale of 2,000 m², the development demands strong multi-package management capabilities and close coordination between engineering, manufacturing, and on-site construction teams to ensure progress and quality in line with the developer’s standards.
