DBPlus is honored to continue partnering with CapitaLand as the interior fit-out contractor for The Fullton Edition Show Village, marking another milestone in the long-term strategic collaboration between the two parties after notable projects such as Define, D1Mension, and Sycamore.

The Fullton Edition is the first precinct launched within The Fullton, a luxury low-rise residential development located in Vinhomes Ocean Park 3, Hung Yen. The project is positioned as a new symbol of upscale living in the eastern gateway of Hanoi, aiming to create a refined living environment for an elite community while embracing sustainable development and a harmonious connection with nature.

For this project, DBPlus is responsible for the interior construction of the Show Village spanning 2,000 m², including one Clubhouse and two representative villa typologies: Pool Villa and Garden Villa. Each component requires specialized construction solutions to ensure durability, refined aesthetics, and seamless integration between indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The successful delivery of The Fullton Edition Show Village further reinforces DBPlus’s capability in executing large-scale interior construction projects while strengthening the trusted partnership between DBPlus and CapitaLand in delivering high-end developments.
