Covering 18.26 hectares with a low 40% building density, Springville prioritizes green spaces, parks, and community facilities to offer a nature-centric lifestyle. The development provides over 5,000 units, including 430 townhouses, catering to young families, multi-generational households, and long-term investors.

DBplus is honored to partner with Gamuda Land as a strategic design & build partner, entrusted with the completion of two fully furnished show homes Type E (262m²) and Type F (322m²), including landscaped gardens with a total project value of VND 12.6 billion (excluding VAT). As Springville caters to two distinct customer groups 75% high-end investors from Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and major economic hubs, and 25% end-users including young families and modern professionals seeking a green, convenient, and well-designed living environment the model homes must successfully address the differing expectations of each segment.

To achieve this, DBPlus was tasked with creating interior spaces that not only express Springville’s nature-centric lifestyle philosophy but also embody the individuality of each homeowner profile while staying cohesive with the township’s overall identity. Guided by Gamuda Land’s “Living in Nature” vision, DBPlus developed two distinct interior narratives:

• The Type E interior revolves around a striking skylight-lit indoor garden, creating a serene “natural core” that defines the home. Minimalist yet layered materials, including grey-veined marble, warm wood, and sleek metal accents, complement a layered lighting system that enhances depth and atmosphere. Functional elements, such as a spacious I-shaped kitchen, multifunctional island, concealed storage, and an oversized L-shaped sofa, ensure the space is both elegant and livable.

• The Type F design stands out through its soft architectural curves, the staircase railing accented with distinctive circular motifs, and sculptural furnishings such as the organically curved sofa and asymmetrical stone coffee table. Natural materials such as wood, rattan, and textured fabrics paired with a warm earthy palette and diffused lighting create a refined yet feminine atmosphere. Modern geometric details and statement furniture pieces further define the space, transforming it into a personalized “living gallery” that reflects the homeowner’s unique character.
