DBPlus has officially completed the Sales Gallery and two Show Units for Arcadia at Lavila, helping bring to life the customer experience spaces of the premium residential development jointly developed by PierreVal and Kien A in the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City.

Arcadia at Lavila is located within the 60-hectare Lavila township on Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Ho Chi Minh City. It is the first high-rise residential development jointly developed by PierreVal and Kien A.

Project Overview and Scope of Work
For this project, DBPlus served as the Design & Build Main Contractor for the Sales Gallery and two Show Units, delivering a comprehensive scope that included Structure, Landscape, Façade, Interior Fit-out, Furniture, and MEP systems.
The integrated Design & Build approach enabled seamless coordination from design through construction, ensuring high-quality execution, effective schedule control, and consistency with the developer’s vision throughout the project.
Sales Gallery – The First Touchpoint of the Project Brand
For any real estate development, the Sales Gallery is far more than a sales venue, it is the first space where visitors experience the project’s vision, brand identity, and core values.
At Arcadia at Lavila, every customer touchpoint was thoughtfully designed to create an intuitive and seamless visitor journey. From architecture and landscape to material selection and finishing details, every element was executed cohesively to communicate the essence of Art de Vivre from the very first interaction.

Show Units – Bringing Lifestyle Stories to Life
Alongside the Sales Gallery, DBPlus developed two distinctive Show Unit concepts based on the developer’s target customer profiles, each presenting a unique lifestyle experience.
The first concept was created for a successful modern family, embracing a French Touch – Modern Elegance aesthetic. The design emphasizes sophistication, warmth, and family connection through clean lines, a neutral color palette, premium materials, and thoughtfully planned functionality that supports everyday family living.

The second concept was designed for young, accomplished professionals under the theme Modern – Colorful – Dynamic Aesthetic. Featuring a flexible layout, creative design language, and an integrated home office, the space reflects the dynamic lifestyle and aspirations of a new generation of urban residents.
Rather than simply showcasing beautifully designed interiors, each Show Unit tells a compelling lifestyle story, allowing prospective homeowners to envision the future living experience that Arcadia at Lavila aspires to offer.
