DBPlus is honored to accompany House of Barbaard as the contractor for interior fit-out, loose furniture, and MEP systems  for their new location in Hanoi.

Located at the Office East Tower, Tien Bo Plaza, with a scale of nearly 400 square meters, the project belongs to the premium hospitality and service space segment. The entire construction process was strictly controlled from planning and material logistics to technical finishing, ensuring optimal progress and quality within an operational office complex.

The space at House of Barbaard is professionally organized through a harmonious combination of premium materials such as natural stone, dark wood, and bronze-finished metal, seamlessly connecting the reception area, barbershop, public bar, and public cigar room to optimize the customer experience.
