DBPlus has officially completed the Sales Gallery and two Show Units for Arcadia at Lavila in Phuoc Kien, Nha Be, reaffirming our commitment to partnering with developers in creating meticulously crafted and distinctive customer experience spaces.

As the first high-rise residential development jointly developed by PierreVal and Kien A, Arcadia at Lavila is inspired by the French philosophy of Art de Vivre – the art of living. The project embraces refined living through contemporary architecture harmoniously integrated with nature and a vibrant community.

For this project, DBPlus served as the Design & Build Main Contractor for the Sales Gallery and two Show Units, delivering a comprehensive scope of work that included structural construction, landscape, façade, interior fit-out, MEP systems, and the production and installation of loose furniture.
