Partnering with a multinational logistics group from Taiwan, DBPlus has completed the interior design and fit-out of a 2,400m² office in Ho Chi Minh City, where technology, functionality, and employee experience come together in a modern and flexible workplace.
A Multinational Logistics Group from Taiwan
Established in Taiwan in the late 1960s, the group is a long-standing player in international maritime transportation and logistics. From its foundation in container shipping, the company has expanded its ecosystem into logistics, port operations, and supply chain-related services, with an extensive presence across multiple continents and a large container fleet.
In Vietnam, the group has operated for many years across maritime transportation, shipping agency, and logistics services, with a presence in Ho Chi Minh City and key economic and port hubs. As its operations continue to expand, the company requires a modern, flexible workplace that meets international standards of operation.
A Workspace Challenge for a Global Logistics Business
With large-scale operations and the dynamic nature of the logistics industry, the new office needed to address multiple requirements simultaneously: optimizing functionality, enhancing connectivity between departments, organizing technical infrastructure efficiently, and allowing flexibility for future changes. The space was also needed to maintain brand consistency, enhance employee experience, and support long-term sustainable operations.
Based on these requirements, DBPlus undertook the interior design and fit-out of the office at The Crest Residence, 15 Tran Bach Dang Street, An Khanh, Ho Chi Minh City, covering a total area of 2,400m².

The dominant green palette draws from the brand identity while symbolizing growth, vitality, and a commitment to sustainable development. Fluid lines and dynamic spatial compositions create a visual metaphor for a business that continuously keeps pace with the world, adapts to new movements, and embraces the future through a spirit of innovation.

Technology & Infrastructure – Optimizing Every Square Meter
Smart Reiri control system: At the client’s request, DBPlus successfully implemented Reiri, Daikin’s intelligent control solution, enabling centralized management of air conditioning, lighting, and equipment via smartphones or tablets. The system enhances operational control and efficiency throughout the workplace.

Full raised-access flooring: The entire 2,400m² office is equipped with a raised flooring system, allowing technical cabling to be neatly organized beneath the floor, while facilitating maintenance and enabling flexible office reconfiguration as needs evolve.

Beyond technology and infrastructure, DBPlus places strong emphasis on employee well-being, incorporating 100% Herman Miller seating, a reading room, and an open-plan workspace to create a comfortable, creative, and inspiring working environment.
