Located in The Crest Building, Ho Chi Minh City, the office spans nearly 500 square meters, marking a key milestone in CHINT’s expansion in Vietnam. DBplus meticulously executed the project from concept to completion, ensuring every detail meets CHINT’s international standards. The workspace fully reflects CHINT’s global vision of “Power to Plug” and embodies the company’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and modern office design.
As CHINT expanded in Vietnam, it needed a workspace that supports efficiency and embodies its identity as a smart energy innovator. The new office overcomes the limitations of the previous layout, offering greater flexibility, connectivity, and inspiration for employees while reflecting CHINT’s core values of technology, sustainability, and collaboration. Inspired by the philosophy of “Smart Energy, Smart Living,” DBplus created the “Flexible Office Design” – a design philosophy balancing sleek modernity with human-centered functionality. Open layouts, smart integrations, and sustainable materials optimize light, flow, and comfort, creating a workspace that seamlessly blends efficiency with modern elegance.
The design palette blends industrial whites and grays with CHINT’s signature green, symbolizing clean energy and sustainability. Materials such as melamine, powder-coated metal, and glass create a modern, durable, and refined aesthetic. Preserving the exposed technical ceilings and maximizing natural light from expansive glazing enhances spatial depth and a sense of openness. Workstations, meeting hubs, executive offices, and pantry zones are thoughtfully arranged to streamline workflow and enhance collaboration. This thoughtful layout transforms the office into a living symbol of CHINT’s philosophy where technology, people, and efficiency seamlessly connect.
