For instance, GS E&C, one of the largest real estate developers from Korea, chose DBPLUS to design and build its new workspace at Friendship Tower – a prime location in the heart of District 1. The office was crafted to reflect GS E&C’s global stature, emphasizing functionality, modern aesthetics, and a collaborative environment, perfectly aligned with the company’s strategic vision in Vietnam.

In addition, the global brand BYD, a market leader in battery technology and electric vehicles, collaborated with DBPLUS to build its office at Cobi Tower 2, which became operational in July 2024.
