When “land” is a key factor in exploring the relaxation and trust from clients for a big real estate company. DBPlus started from the main color, we chose to sketch for space – that’s the brown color of the motherland.

Flexibility floats this color palette on designing ideas, we wanted to connect factors that build the building’s personalities: Graceful but Energetic. Deep mood with a warm brown tone, flashlight with light sandy brown, slightly changed with every level of color, help this workspace have different feelings but the same motivations: Open mind of “Gentle Land” builder.
