Partnering with a multinational logistics group from Taiwan, DBPlus completed the interior design and fit-out of a 2,400m² office at The Crest Residence, Ho Chi Minh City, combining functionality, technology, and employee experience in a modern workplace.

Inspired by the continuous movement of ocean waves, “Surfing Into The Future” reflects the spirit of connection, flexibility, and constant progress. The dominant green palette reinforces the brand identity while symbolizing growth, vitality, and sustainable development.

To optimize long-term operations, DBPlus integrated Reiri smart control technology by Daikin, enabling centralized management of air conditioning, lighting, and equipment via smartphones or tablets. The entire 2,400m² office also features a full raised-access flooring system, ensuring organized technical infrastructure, easier maintenance, and greater flexibility for future reconfiguration.

The project highlights DBPlus’s capability to deliver large-scale office environments that meet international standards in design, technology, and operational efficiency.
