DIGI-TEXX, a leading provider of document digitization, image processing, annotation services, and business support services, proudly unveils its brand-new office in Hau Giang province. This marks a significant milestone for the company as the first foreign IT enterprise to be granted a business registration certificate in Hau Giang.
DBPLUS, a renowned design and construction firm, has successfully completed the design, construction, and handover of the DIGI-TEXX office project at the province’s Digital Technology Park. Officially operational since June 2024, the office design draws inspiration from the company’s “Process – People – Technology” philosophy, harmoniously blending German culture with DIGI-TEXX’s expertise to embody the company’s core values and create an ideal working environment for its employees. The project has involved the participation of over 200 local laborers working in Hau Giang.
DIGI-TEXX, a 100% German-owned company founded in 2002, is a trusted IT & BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider in Vietnam and Europe, with its headquarters in Quang Trung Software Park – Ho Chi Minh City, branches in Can Tho, Hau Giang, and a representative office in Fukuoka, Japan.
Boasting a large workforce of 1,000 full-time and 1,000 trained part-time employees operating 24/7, supporting over 30 languages, DIGI-TEXX specializes in document digitization, image processing, annotation services, and business support services across various industries, including e-commerce, banking, insurance, digitization and archiving of historical documents, government documents, and NGO documents.
With a vision to establish modern industries as one of the four pillars of its economy, the Hau Giang provincial leadership has identified the digital economy as a spearhead, aiming for the sector to contribute 30% to the province’s GRDP by 2030. This commitment is evident in the provincial authorities’ eagerness, strong pledge, and support in attracting the business community to Hau Giang.
The new branch at ISC Hau Giang (Hau Giang Innovation Services Center) is located in Vi Tan commune, Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province, Vietnam. With an anticipated capacity to accommodate over 85,000 employees, it will serve as the company’s fifth operational site, featuring a modern 2,000m2 building that can house over 450 professionals. The DIGI-TEXX building is equipped with sustainable technologies such as solar panels, water filtration systems, and smart lighting and cooling.
In the era of digital transformation, the development of the IT business model in Hau Giang opens up significant opportunities for economic growth in the Mekong Delta region, creating jobs for local workers and engineers, supporting the development of southern provinces.
