These modern offices are located in Grade A buildings in the CBD (Central Business District) of Ho Chi Minh City. For instance, GS E&C, one of the largest real estate developers from Korea, chose DBPLUS to build its new workspace in Vietnam. In addition, the global brand BYD, a market leader in battery technology and electric vehicles, collaborated with DBPLUS to build its office at Cobi Tower 2, which became operational in July 2024.
KBANK, a financial institution with an 80-year history of development from Thailand, has established a presence in Vietnam. DBPLUS partnered with them to build their office on the 26th floor of LIM Tower 3 in 2023, and subsequently, we continued to carry out the expansion of KBANK’s office on the 22nd floor in 2024.
DIGI-TEXX, an international provider of BPO & Digital services since 2003, has just introduced its new office with the support of DBPLUS. Following the DIGI-TEXX project that the DBPLUS team implemented in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City, we are very proud to be able to contribute once again to the design and construction of their new office in Hau Giang province. This marks an important milestone for DIGI-TEXX, becoming the first foreign IT enterprise to be granted a business registration certificate in Hau Giang.
